Nashville Hockey Now’s Michael Gallagher talks Nashville Predators with Braden Gall of 440 Sports and Emma Lingan of the Hockey News on the Gold Standard podcast.

Thanks to a masterful performance from goaltender Juuse Saros, the Predators stole Game 2 of their Stanley Cup Playoff series against the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday.

Vancouver goaltender Thatcher Demko missed Game 2 and could possibly be out for the rest of the series; how big of a deal is that?

The Predators defensive zone play was atrocious on Tuesday, how did they overcome that and how did they score four goals despite having little offensive zone time and generating little off the rush?

Nashville’s defense had a much better showing than it did in Game 1 with 30 blocked shots plus a 4-for-4 performance from the penalty kill. We discuss if that kind of output sustainable in Game 3 and explain why Friday’s matchup could be the most important of the series.
