Multiple reports indicate that the NHL is close to relocating the Arizona Coyotes to Salt Lake City with Utah Jazz owner Ryan Smith heavily involved in the relocation process.

It’s not a done deal by any means, however, the move is picking up steam as the Coyotes have been met with opposition from many in regard to trying to get a new arena built in the Phoenix area.
