The Arizona Coyotes leaked a handful of renderings via their app of what is expected to be an arena proposal.

The Coyotes have played a few seasons at Arizona State’s Mullett Arena but have been searching for a more permanent home after their bid to build an arena and entertainment development in Tempe was rejected by voters.

The Arizona State Land Department Board of Appeals recently approved a $68.5 million appraisal for a 95-acre plot of land the team is eyeing for construction on a new arena. The team’s new home is expected to be located near the Loop 101 freeway and Scottsdale Road.

Candidates for the Hobey Baker Award, given annually to the top college hockey player, were narrowed down to 10 on Wednesday, and the field is led by projected 2024 No. 1 overall pick Macklin Celebrini.

The 10 players were chosen via voting from the 64 Division I head college hockey coaches and online fan voting. Three finalists will be announced on April 4 with the winner being honored the day before the NCAA national championship on April 12.

The 10 Hobey Baker candidates are below:

  • Jackson Blake, F, North Dakota
  • Macklin Celebrini, F, Boston University
  • Jack Devine, F, Denver
  • Cutter Gauthier, C, Boston College
  • Collin Graf, F, Quinnipiac
  • Lane Hutson, D, Boston University
  • Kyle McClellan, G, Wisconsin
  • Liam McLinskey, F, Holy Cross
  • Sam Morton, F, Minnesota State
  • Will Smith, F, Boston College
