Denis Gurianov scored two goals, Joakim Kemell and Philip Tomasino each scored one as Team White beat Team Gold 3-2 in the Nashville Predators Gold Star Showcase Thursday night in Clarksville.
Tomasino had four shots on goal in 12:26 of ice time in Wednesday’s preseason loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Predators have as many as four spots open in their top six, and playing in an offensive-friendly system like Brunette’s might help the 22-year-old Tomasino lock one up.
Philip Tomasino is gunning for a top-six role with the #Preds. Andrew Brunette may help him do just that
“The system [Brunette] wants to play, I think that’s my style of game. Lots of fun. Lots of playing with the puck. Possession is a big thing for us”https://t.co/ueKGFyIamc
